Our Leader:
Kenneth was born on Labor Day, September 2, 1963, in Melrose Park, IL, Kenneth is a seasoned professional with a diverse background. Growing up in Maywood, Illinois, he has excelled in various fields, showcasing his strong leadership, communication skills, and deep understanding of technology.
With over three decades of experience, Dr. Phelps has made significant contributions in pastoral leadership, relationship coaching, and Bible teaching. He has also made a mark in the technical arena, managing a sales staff, overseeing projects, and providing technical support for top clients in the Midwest region.
In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Phelps is the Founder and Executive Director of the Concord Community Organization, where he provides vision and leadership. He is also actively involved in guiding asylum seekers at the Home Away From Home Center, offering spiritual counseling and organizing productivity workshops.
As an entrepreneur, Dr. Phelps serves as the President and CEO of Imani Faith Productions, a media entertainment company. He is also a published author, having written several books, papers, blogs, and devotions,:

Dr. Phelps holds a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Wartburg College, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been happily married for thirty-seven years to Veneeta B. Phelps and is the proud father of three children and a grandfather to three grandchildren. Dr. Phelps continues to make a positive impact in his community through his various roles and contributions.
